We had a challenging open concept layout and turned to the Design Distillery team to help us with spacial planning and then finding the perfect pieces for our Living Room-and-a-half. We loved the design options Seth provided to us and his expert guidance. We love love love the final product and couldn't be happier that we worked with this great local business and their staff.

I love Design Distillery. I have been a customer since it was a small store in Mount Washington with the name Home at the Harbor. The selection in furniture, carpets and decorative items is fantastic and appeals very much to my European taste. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful. In my opinion it is the best place to buy furniture in Baltimore.

My wife and I absolutely love shopping at Design Distillery! They have a large showroom with lots of contemporary and classic designers, and their customer service is excellent. We've really enjoyed working with Erin to furnish our new home and she was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us select the right materials, finishes, etc. to make sure each piece would look great in our living space. I can't recommend working with them enough! It's also great to be able to support a small, locally-owned business during a difficult time. If you're in the DMV area, I highly recommend looking them up!

We furnished our entire living/family room with design distillery. It started when we looked for a sleek dining table paired by a bench and charming chairs. From there we realized what a great find design distillery is! I ordered my dresser which completed our bedroom with a contemporary look. Then we dove in to the living room, inviting design expert Seth, into our home. He matched our tastes perfectly with a fantastic couch, low coffee table we’d never have picked in our own, side table, rug and media console. When I say we love our furnishings, it is an understatement. I cannot get over how proud I feel that our house now looks like a home. The lines are clean and classy and still fun. We hung our pictures over the sofa and it is just beautiful and represents who we are. I’m so excited to show off our home- design by design distillery!

I enjoyed every aspect of my buying experience at DD. They carry quality furniture with a clean design, which was the aesthetic I was looking for, for the pieces I needed. Their customer service was excellent starting with the initial consultation with Drew through selection when all team members helped out, to Pearl’s bi-monthly emails to update me on the status of the order. Buying most house-related items has been a nightmare through this pandemic due to on-going delays. DD never ghosted me when things were suddenly back-ordered. They had outstanding communications so I never felt abandoned. I couldn’t be more pleased with the product, service and integrity of Karen and her team.

Recently purchased two dressers from Design Distillery and couldn't be happier. Karen's product knowledge was invaluable in helping us to find the perfect dressers for our space & taste. Price was reasonable for the level of quality and design. What a wonderful design/decorating resource right here in B'more!

I had a great experience with Design Distillery! I was looking for a couch that would fit in my rowhome living room and not take up too much space. Karen and Erin were so helpful in assisting me, showing me various fabric choices, and even suggesting a different furniture placement than I had initially laid out. I settled on a gorgeous couch from American Leather and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Delivery was super smooth and I am really enjoying the couch. Thank you!

Great experience start to finish! Karen was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was smooth and the product is exactly as ordered and damage free. The delivery crew was also very kind and professional. We are so pleased with our new sleeper sofa. We will definitely be returning to the Design Distillery for our next furniture purchase. By far our best experience with a furniture store in the Baltimore area. Thank you!

Love Karen and the crew at Design Distillery. Great design stores are few and far between - This store on Key Highway is superb. We've purchased a few items over the many years. A few weeks ago we picked up a wonderful couch from the floor. A super easy transaction and fast professional delivery made it a great experience. We'd spent a day or two before searching similar stores in DC to no avail - Design Distillery for the win...again 👍
